This my very first blog and I hope I don’t sound horrible but I am here to just express myself so y’all will have to bare with my unprofessional blogs over here. On 1st April 2021, I decided to start a fat loss challenge and to do serious accountability for probably the first time in my life. Over the years of working out and learning about fitness and how to get a ‘six pack’ I have always put much focus on the exercise bit and not really given dieting a chance and thought maybe I could out train a horrible diet like most people say it, well I was wrong. I have gotten close but I have never been satisfied with my body fat percentage, it just hasn’t been low enough. So this time I will try to eat as clean as possible and be as consistent as I can. So I started tweeting about the challenge and a few people joined and you can too, just follow me @solomonadupa2 and maybe you can get some information you could use. Away from that let me tell you exactly what I am doing. I do weight training 4 times a week, and cardio only twice a week, then I write down whatever I eat since I don’t have a food scale and from that data I will adjust accordingly hopefully in the near future lets say after a month in case I don’t see any changes. And that’s it, its been 12 days but I haven’t been perfect but neither am I giving up and I will do this for 3months straight. Keep around for my next blog, I will just end right here.
