Fat Loss Experience -2

On the last article I promised to give you my diet tricks and what I am doing but before I do that I must say dieting is one of the hardest things to stick by, I have kind of gotten accustomed to it since its day 14 but I still break the rules once in a while. Now for my diet I am just eating low calorie dense foods, this means for a given mass say 100g the food contains very few calories compared to another and how this works is by just replacing the bad with the good. So what I will just do is give you foods that have very high calorie density and what you can substitute them with.

Some of the High Calorie dense Foods. (Substitutes of lower calorie content)

~Chips and all deep fried foods (Replace with whole foods like rice, matooke, beans, chicken etc)

~Chapati, samosas, sausages, and such snacks for breakfast can be replaced with bread, eggs, french toasts, and healthier salads

~Chocolates as snacks can be replaced with popcorn. Also instead of ice cream, have greek yoghurt.

~Sodas and alcohol (have smoothies or water instead)

~Other general tips are to just avoid liquid calories since they are less filling, incorporate more fruits and vegetables in your diet as it will help you it generally less calories, stay hydrated to avoid unnecessary eating, sleep early to avoid late night snacking, donut eat while watching TV because you will tend to eat more.
